We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from First Lady Shears. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unused
- All shears must be returned within 15 days of purchase unless otherwise specified
- All Items must be in their original packaging in resalable condition
- You must include the original sales receipt
When returning an item, just follow these simple steps:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the return – original date of purchase, invoice number, item description and reason for return
- We will send a confirmation email that your return request has been received
- We will contact you to determine shipment of the item to be returned – please note that the original purchase receipt must accompany the item
- Once the item arrives, it will be inspected and assuming all return particulars are in order, a credit will be issued and should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 7 days
- Should there be any issues with the condition or details of the return, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives who will work with you to finalize the return successfully.
Promotions and promotion codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Also, promotional codes will not be honored beyond the stated expiration date.
FLS reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion and its terms & conditions without notice.

Warranty Replacement Policy
If you encounter a manufacturer’s defect in the item that you purchased from us after the initial 30 day full replacement period, please contact us. Warranty periods vary depending on the item manufacturer and please note that we may charge a small fee to cover the repair or replacement of your item after inspection. This fee will also cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item back to you.
Please note: Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase or in the case that a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, the date a replacement is shipped.
